The jet aerator draws liquid from the aeration tank and forces it through a specially designed nozzle, creating a pressure drop that draws in atmospheric air. The air-liquid mixture creates fine bubbles distributed throughout the tank, providing high oxygen transfer rates — more efficient than surface aerators.
